At CHOICES we demonstrate our commitment to on going education by providing more than 40 hours per employee per year. This education includes mandatory topics that are required by the Ministry of Community and Social Services and Occupational Health and Safety. The annual education includes::
In addition to the above education each employee at CHOICES has access to an educational site called Open Future Learning. This on line learning site provides the employee with 25 learning modules and numerous videos that have been produced with international thought leaders and advocates from developmental disabilities.

CHOICES offers 50% tuition pay back to full time and part time staff for work related courses. The pay back occurs after the course has been completed and evidence of the course completion is submitted to Human Resources.
